SB Production description:  The hairline machine is the usual machine for the production line, and the grinding roller is including the flower roll, bottom roll and the transmit rolls, clamping rollers and so on. Basing on the sanding pattern, the follower roll with the NRD rubber covers the surface, with the gap on surface, the seam distance and the seam depth is very important of the sanding. In the central part of the main machine, the electric eye of the hairline machine could have control the swing range; make the belt to cover the sheet, so that the sheet will not seal the sheet without the processing. The main bearing for the machine will swing from front to back. The transmit rolls for the hairline machine control the stable transmission position for the stainless steel plate, making the range entry to the suitable central position to be processed by the belt and the flower roller. The basic plate selection should be hairline polishing surface stainless steel sheet, it should be subjected to polish with 150# 240#abrasive belt. The application verticals of this finish in elevator, architecture decoration, revolving door, furniture, home appliance, auto sector, exterior decoration, etc.
